Waterproof Garden Shoes

I need them to be waterproof to 100% and I'll also wear them in hot weather. I tried Hunter and Birki's but had no luck with the adjustment. Other suggestions?

Crocs have some great shoes in closed (ie no holes in the front) that the material is made from nature that does not grow bacteria, so they are damp / muddy just wash with soap and water.

I use flip flops and crocs imitation. Often I am out doing my thing barefoot garden. I love summer:)
