Tv Pole

Can anyone suggest a way to remove a pole 12 m high with a roof aerial. It is anchored to the eaves of the house and cemented into the ground near the house. We restrcited for space can not simply cut and drop. The protudes air 9 m above the roof is too heavy so just cut the top .... please help!

if you can get a rope on top, cut the base and Ease Down? maybe ..
