Tool Storage Shed

Is it legal to live in a tool / storage shed in the United States.? Give me kind of surprised because there is a large and "houselike" tool storage sheds / of about 2.000-4.000 dollars (like those tuffshed model) and the houses are quite expensive nowdays ...

I'm sure you would be required to meet residential building codes good for your city if you have proper power and burst of a foundation. However, if you want I'm sure you could get one of these warehouses and a lot of work yourself and you build a house and save a lot of money. It would probably not due and for resale.

There probably are not any laws against it, but there are probably laws against any person on the lease of a tool / storage shed for habitable rooms. Or requiring a person to live in such conditions. If you choose too, and you have your own place to keep it, however, I do not think the law can not really say anything about it.

not in the county I live in. building code for housing requires some plumbing, electrical and insulation requires that even large warehouses are not supplied as standard.

But at some point, we still had a lot of houses and homes Outhouse dirt floor in the county, of course, they are acquired in the code until they collapse.

Excellent question ... I want to know the answer too. I also want to know if the decline in septic tank is legal ... I have my doubts as to the tool shed ... County faces life too easy ... Some codes and district would be such a ban for sure ... imagine a neighborhood where everyone lived in a tool shed ... who beat the homeless, but I am sure it is not legal ... would like to know how to respond ...
