Swing Set ManufacturersHow can you fix a broken link in the chain swing?

Chain broke on the last link, it is one of those swing chains that are covered tube how do you solve this last link, while maintaining the balance and keep the same height from the ground? Oh, and do not bend the wire we have tried to make their life difficult! Ideas?

Any department store equipment replacement box chains covered. I suggest replacing the entire chain .. if we loose ... I would not trust to continue to use this channel for my littleone. Your other option is to contact the manufacturer, they are usually very good about sending replacement parts free.

It would seem easier to take the other side of a notch, but there will be a little higher. You'll need to cut the pipe to get the links, remove the broken and replaced by a new link in a hardware store (they sell them on reels and you only pay for what you need). I guess you'll need to cut the new opening it enough to put the chain on your swing, then solder or weld together again ...

You can get add links in a hardware store.
