Steel Solar Lights

Steel Solar LightsWhy not my kingfisher platinum stainless steel solar lights work anymore? theyve had a lot of sun?

and they were ok but after a few weeks of use which they seem to function despite loads of sunlight?

From time to time, I have to clean the solar eye. garden lights mine got hit by the sprinkler and mineral deposits on solar cells that are on top which then attracts the dust in the air, creating a film. Once I wipe the top, they are able to get enough light during the day to illuminate the path to my door at night. Try cleaning the solar panel earlier in the day to see if this was the problem.

Return to where you bought them.

These lights are ridiculous in the garden? IMO junk. they are not environmentally friendly in themselves, the planet would be better without them and they actuallly do good when they worked?

There will be a standard AA or AAA rechargeable battery inside. You can check to see if the battery is holding a charge after a good day in the sun with a battery tester and replace if necessary. Rechargeable batteries only last about 1000 recharges (2-3 years) and must be replaced. The lifespan of these batteries depends also how long they have been on the shelf of the store as well.
