Spa Sensations Slippers

Spa Sensations SlippersThe spa experience at home: Create your own spa at home in six easy steps

A bit of pampering every once in awhile you will feel more balanced in your life and ready to feed those around you. And creating your own mini home spa is simple and affordable. Once you set up, it will be a cinch to recreate as often as you want.

Whether an indulgence daily, weekly or monthly, here are six steps to create your own luxury spa at home:

1. The first thing you must do is clear the toys or any other disorder bath. If there are many items in your bath, try a bowl of plastic or even a cardboard box and place them there temporarily, outside the bathroom. Make sure your spa is nice and clean too, so you can relax during your spa treatment (instead of feeling like you should be scrubbing grout instead.)

2. Prepare yourself with a pile of big, fluffy towels and a couple of washcloths. You want at least one extra large towel for your body and another towel for your hair. If your towels are looking a bit shabby, invest in some new features. There is nothing like a good, a towel for your luxury spa experience at home. Wash and dry your towels with your favorite brand and scent of the softener that smells heavenly.

3. If you do not already have one, invest in a bathrobe and slippers Nice. This represents an expense when you feel pampered every time you give your spa at home.

4. Decide on a theme (relaxing or energizing, for example), then set the mood with music and lights. Choose a tranquil or energizing CD, depending on the mood you want to create. Light some aromatherapy candles in several fragrance such as lavender (for relaxation) or citrus (for rejuvenation.) When you set the right mood, you can increase the effects of your spa.

5. Get your hot tub ready. Whether you prefer to create your own products from kitchen ingredients you have on hand or purchase a few samples from the pharmacy, place them in a pretty basket or bag for easy access whenever you create your home spa.

Again, you want to make a theme of your selections. If you want to relax, for example, try lavender oil in your bath, with a rich, soothing and moisturizing mud mask. To boost, try peppermint oil in your bathroom with a mask of cucumber.

6. Set aside at least 20 or 30 minutes to enjoy your home spa luxury. Fill the bathtub with hot water and turn on the shower extra steam. Then place a few spoonfuls of Espom salts with a few drops of your favorite essential oil.

Turn off overhead lights, light candles and turn on the music. Wash your face with a warm washcloth and apply your facial mask. Then, remove your dress and slip into a warm bath. While your facial mask is working, start with your scrub or pumice and let you relax while you pay attention to all the sensations spa. Immerse yourself in the experience and pay attention to what you feel, smell and hear.

When the hour of your home spa was completed, rinse the mask for the face and dry with towels luxury. Then take time to moisturize from head to foot.

Conclude your experience by wrapping yourself in your soft robe and enjoying a cup of your favorite relaxing or invigorating herbal tea, chosen to compliment your spa experience home. Select peppermint or citrus tea, for example, to end a relaxing home spa and jasmine select or chamomile tea for a relaxing home spa.

Creating a home spa is simple and affordable as you will have no excuse not to engage at least once a week.
