Rotary Piston Blower

Rotary Piston BlowerBlowers

Mechanical vacuum amplifiers: -

Mechanical vacuum booster pumps are dry, which correspond to the most ideal conditions vacuum pump. They work on the principle of positive displacement and are used to improve the performance of water ring oil ring / / rotating vane / piston pumps and steam or water ejectors. They are used in combination with a pump mentioned above, to overcome their limitations. Vacuum booster pumps offer very desirable features that make the option more profitable and efficient energy.

The main advantages are: -

(A) can be integrated with any vacuum system installed as steam ejectors, water ring pumps, oil pumps insulation, water ejectors, etc.

(B) The booster pump is dry because it does not pump fluid. It pumps vapor or gases with equal ease. Small quantities of condensed liquid can be pumped.

(C) vacuum amplifiers are power efficient. Very often, a combination of vacuum and booster pump relief appropriate results of reduced energy consumption per unit of pumping speed. They provide high pumping speeds even at low pressure.

(D) Boosters increase the working vacuum process, in most cases absolutely essential for the process
performance and efficiency. Vacuum booster can be used over a pressure range of the scale,
from 100 Torr to 0.001 Torr (mmHg), with a suitable arrangement of backup pumps.

(E) It has very low friction losses of the pump, which requires a relatively low power for high volumetric
speeds. Generally, their speed, low vacuums are 20-30 times higher than corresponding vane
ring pumps / power equivalent.

(F) The use of electronic monitoring devices, such as variable frequency drives control can change
vacuum booster operating characteristics to meet the operational requirements of the force
vacuum pumps. Therefore, they can be easily integrated into any existing pumping set up to strengthen their
performance.

boosters (g) have no vacuum valves, bushings, etc. stuffing box, therefore, does not require regular maintenance.

(H) Due to vapor compression action by the recall, the pressure at the exit of the booster (or inlet to the rescue) is kept high, resulting in benefits such as low back diffusion of liquid start pump, after condensation even at temperatures above the capacitor and improving the effectiveness of the emergency pump.

The table below gives a rough estimate of how boosters to improve working processes empty when installed in combination with various types of industrial vacuum pumps currently used in industry. They can effectively replace steam ejectors several floors, resulting in steam savings and significant reduction of loads on cooling towers. Mechanical vacuum booster are versatile machines and their characteristics depend largely on the backup pump. Different types of primary pump can be used, depending on system requirements and the needs of ultimate vacuum.
However, the ultimate vacuum is governed by the appropriate selection of primary and booster pump
arrangement. The table below provides a broad range of vacuum obtained with different combinations of primary pumps.

Pump vacuum vacuum vacuum expected on the installation of the Range Booster (one step)
Single Stage Ejector 15-30 Torr 150 Torr
Ejector water 100 10-20 Torr Torr
Ring water pump 40-60 5-10 Torr Torr
Liquid ring of 20-30 Torr 2-5 Torr
Piston Pumps 20-30 Torr 2-5 Torr
Rotary piston pumps 0.1 Torr Torr 0.01
Rotary vane pump oil from 0.01 to 0.001 from 0.001 to 0.0001 Torr Torr.
