Revamp Salon Spa

Revamp Salon SpaIs Your Salon / Spa of the 'internal marketing' You quit?

One of the most common requests I get from customers is to give help of advertising. They say they need to do marketing and I can help with a listing? In general, I say "you" and then ask questions like: what is your budget? Where would you advertise? Why do you advertise? What goals have you worked on the results that you want to achieve? These are some initial questions that must be resolved before marketing can begin. Most people have not thought about the answers to them, or even other issues that must be answered when considering advertising.

It is up to what people want is not necessarily what they need when it comes to advertising. What most people I speak to the need, to get answers to questions they do not yet know to ask. In addition, advertising is only part of a marketing plan that a show must have - and the marketing begins long before any advertising is underway.

What I mean is that marketing is everything you are doing, how you doing and how you look and behave so to do - in a perspective of living as well as individuals within the company.

Most salon owners are trying to win new customers and some have managed to do ... but I can assure you that they are losing the customer's (or many of them) that they spent money to win because their performance was not living up to it. Did you know that someone who visits your company is a client, even twice ... ... a client when they return for a third (and subsequent) visits may begin to call a client. Unfortunately, many salons are in the business of attracting customers and losing them because of their "marketing" in the lounge.

So what I found here? Well - just before the marketing and advertising part of marketing is how you present your show to your potential customer. Go straight to the heart of your business and you have a much better chance of obtaining a long term customer of simply walking by a client.

If you are currently feeling harassed, stressed, tired and simply emptied when it comes to your living room, I can bet that your show will reflect this feeling and therefore, your team (albeit at a lower level) - the way she looks across the way customers are treated, in fact, its total return will be under threat. When was the last time you went outside and waiting ... I mean really looked at your salon, from a prospective view of customers? Is this the image you want it? Are there any lights that do not work? Your signs look old and tired? Are the windows clean? Ask you walk through the door of this company and the confidence of the people inside with your hair? If it does not fix what is wrong with the picture as soon as you can, if yes, what is the reception like? Does someone greet you immediately with a warm smile and welcoming? If you are covered during the visit? Have you an experience you would like to come back and experience again and again or if you opt for a haircut beauty / operator of a disinterested?

I could go on here with a lot of small (and sometimes large) critical errors are daily shows in their living rooms and not even realize that this is what is causing either of their own major or minor recession in company. However, I am sure you are aware of at least some of the areas you are less successful in. The whole purpose of this paper is to give you a warning shot and help you understand your internal marketing must be straight before trying to attract new customers, and only customers get. When was the last time you did an internal audit of your appearance shows, customer care systems, the program of staff training and management effectiveness and efficiency? If that was long ago (or never!) So now it is time for revisions.
