Retaining Wall Block MoldsDear and inexpensive retaining wall for a bed of flowers?

So we have a flower bed in front of our house. It is about 25 feet long and about 3 feet high, but we need to replace the wall, the current is on the verge of falling. Like everyone, we are working with a very small budget. We love the look of the pile of stone, but can not afford to do so. So many ideas that we played with: making our own concrete blocks and molds (of time), using ceramic tiles on a board, or stones in a field (cheap but may not be as "refined" as a new Objective us) ideas anyone ...? must be cheap, hopefully look expensive!
