Resin Wicker Patio Furniture

I bought an outdoor patio wicker resin and is being failed. It is a little more than a year. I want to know where to buy to replace the binding association cracking. I will not be able to use the furniture without repairing the binding. Please help. I spent a lot of money on this series and I am very disappointed that the manufacturer will not honor the warranty saying it was just rust and the fabric they cover.
