Redmax Blower

Its a leaf blower RedMax handheld? It will only run on half choke, then I am a carb cleaning kit and replaced all fuel lines and pear, it will not work yet (ok) with half-throttle, there is no adjustment screw on the carburetor. Why it works only on half of choking.

If this happens to normal operating temperature, there is probably an excess of air - no air filter, air intake box perforated or similar. The choke reduces the excess and bring the mixture to a near-normal fuel-air ratio.
