Primo Grill

Primo GrillProblem with a Primo grill.?

We bought a Primo Grill (better known as the ceramic egg). We used it for several months, then when we were smoking a turkey it cracked. The company does not stand behind its product. I was wondering if anyone else had a problem with this grid. The company told us that their was no way he could crack. They basically said we were lying and it was abandoned. As it costs about $ 600.00, it is not worth for us to take him to court. Buyer beware.

There is no way he could crack .... But a flaw in that it fell to the warehouse, shop or your house would
lead to crack at a later date depending on the height of the temp. was.

Unfortunately, you most likely used a few times they will tell you it went to the house any cancellation insurance
you may have (problems with fuel line, they will fix) grills and all things are difficult season.
They do not tell you the use of the product may void the warranty
