Potting Table

If you were buying a potting table, you have acknowledged that they are not all alike. Some take a base model, while others incorporate additional features for extra storage and better organization. If your garden equipment have become a mess, perhaps these features can help you.

Nearly every table offers potting shelves over the workspace. In general, the bottom shelf is broad and robust. This plateau is the best place to store heavier and larger items, things like bags of mulch and potting soil, planters and buckets, watering cans. Some tables have more compost a large plateau. If you are concerned that some large items might not fit in a multi-unit platform, measure the items you want to store. This covers a wooden bucket or basin inset where you can mix the soil. To use the full space, you can easily replace the lid until you need to tap into the ground again.

A potting table can also come with additional storage features, including hooks and drawers. Hooks may appear on the sides or back. You can hang garden tools, aprons, gloves or these hooks. Drawers can also be used to store these items. Or maybe you have other small accessories that do not currently home. Drawers can be something that you do not want to spend when you buy a potting table.

Several tables have been designed specifically to be easily transportable. Some have light frames, no more than 20 pounds. Others are equipped with wheels, so you can roll your job around your yard or garden. A table that is easy to move will be important if you can not create the table in a central location for all your gardening work or you do not want to make many trips to and from your station in the exercise of your work outside.
