What about the new plastic solar panels? I'm very interested in the new invention of plastic solar cells and I would like feedback on an idea of how eclectic a car or even a hydrogen car could be painted / coated or even plastic solar panels.

This article says that it will be five to seven years before they are mass produced. You will not be able to get that far, and even if we could get them, they will be very expensive. 6 m ^ 2 (about how much would be needed to power a car, at least) of gallium arsenide solar cells (efficiency of about 28%) still costs at least $ 300,000 and they will be much more expensive .
So for now, this is not possible. We do not know much about how the final product will perform. Although these cells do well, you still need to resolve the problem quickly find the refill, safe, high power, high-capacity batteries that will be durable and last many cycles of charge-recharge. Yes, I realize that the new electric cars have good batteries, they still lack the capacity to respond to a gasoline car in the range. Filling a gas car takes just minutes, charging a battery takes hours.
Also, you do not paint / coating of solar cells to put them on a car. They are objects themselves to be attached in some way (in fact, a fairly strong for the suction of the wind flowing over the car did not remove). In addition, they are very delicate and whoever tries to mass-produce a solar car must find a way to protect both the cells that protect and allow enough light to power the car.
