Phorpain

PhorpainThat really hurts!?

I am 21 weeks pg. Over the past two weeks, I experienced pain in her left hip! So serious in fact that brings me to tears. This is usually when I'm sitting for a while or try to turn in bed or sitting cross-legged. It feels like I need my hip broke up. My husband tried to stretch it, but it did not work. It feels like its gonna pop out of the letter. Its really bad. Has anyone else exp this as part of their pregnancy? Is this expected? I have an OB appt on Tuesday and I'll put in his time. I did not go to the hospital so far as I know they cannot do any radiographic So what is the point. Any idea or experiences would give me a little better til March. Thank you

I had exactly the same problem in my second pregnancy called pelvic instability and will last until ur baby is about two weeks, I know! it feels like your hips are clicking Wen you move at the end I had a support belt and has been on bed rest during the past 6 weeks Make sure you get up things properly and try to keep knees togeather not crossed by example at all times. out of the car. Make sure your midwife Wen do you go to work and they will help ypu enter a posiyion good for the birth. In the meantime, take a massage from your partner relaxing baths and rest and try parocetomal analgesics such as cream phorpain ................ X

Try to keep your car in comfort through different sitting and laying

Baby might just be lying on a nerve. But do you talk to your OB appt. Ive had X-rays during pregnancy. They can be made, but only if absolutely necessary.

I havent got there yet, but I heard many people that its normal to have severe hip pain. Please could be on the wrong side, but I hope that nothing came of the bush or anything. You may try prenatal yoga to stretch and get your body more flexible.

Good luck!

Try lying on your back and squeezing a tennis ball or folded pillow between your knees, it may reappear.

If this is not chiropractic care during pregnancy is wonderful. You can find a specialist in prenatal care:

I've had enough bad too. I used a hot compress on my hip. I also found if I slept on one side too long as hip background may begin to hurt.

sounds like baby is lying on a nerve or ......... rest in place.by wrong wrong, I do not mean there is something wrong with the baby at all ........... just rest in a painful place, with my first born, my son's foot was literally hanging in my last / coast down and the boy was painful ................. My best advice would be [if you're in the UK] to call your midwife and let her know ... then she would know and can advise you ....... otherwise call your doc and ask for advice ..... .... as always, its better safe than sorry when there is a baby involved .............

Take care.

if I remember correctly I had and still have the problem sometimes and I'm 36wks I think my doctor told me that my pelvic bone stretching or getting ready for the baby to come through when it Time for delivery Try to support you with some more pillows

I have had many children - I know exactly what you mean. Your body is trying to make room for your new host. There are a lot of these cute little pangs that come and go, or simply stay.

The best thing I found for the hip pain appears stronger than it is when stretching. Sit on the floor and stretch your hamstrings. Stretch your legs as if you try cheerleader! Do not hold your breath, breathe deeply as you go into a stretch. Imagine oxygen rushing into your muscles.

You can do this while talking to someone, or watching TV, or folding laundry. Make it a habit and it will be so many such salience.
