Marinade RecipesSummer Grilling - 4 Great Tasting Meat Marinade Recipes

When it comes to food and summer backyard grill, the first thing that comes to mind for me ... a great tasting marinated meats, grilled vegetables and a dessert very cold.

All these recipes can be made as a marinade or you can simply just prepare the recipe and brush your meat as you grill them. To save time, you can prepare the night before and refrigerate until you're ready to use.

Kick Tex-Mex

3 tablespoons pureed chipotle peppers
1 / 3 cup orange juice
1 / 4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon table salt
1 tsp teaspoon black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine all the above ingredients in order they are mentioned in the recipe. Stir until all combined. Pour the marinade into your container to marinate your favorite meat. Refrigerate for 6 hours before grilling your meat.

Asian

1 / 2 cup of hoisin sauce
1 / 4 cup plum sauce
1 / 4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 / 2 c. teaspoon black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine all the above ingredients in the order they are mentioned in the recipe. Stir until all combined. Pour the marinade into your container to marinate your favorite meat. Refrigerate for 6 hours before grilling your meat.

Honey Mustard Apricots

1 / 4 cup apricots
5 tablespoons honey mustard
1 / 2 teaspoon table salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice

In a medium bowl, combine all the above ingredients in the order they are mentioned in the recipe. Stir until all combined. Pour the marinade into your container to marinate your favorite meat. Refrigerate for 6 hours before grilling your meat.

Honey Mustard Peach

1 / 4 cup peach preserves
mustard 1 / 3 cup honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice

In a medium bowl, combine all the above ingredients in the order they are mentioned in the recipe. Stir until all combined. Pour the marinade into your container to marinate your favorite meat. Refrigerate for 6 hours before grilling your meat.
