Led Wall Panel

Led Wall PanelThe unfair advantage of LED walls

As always, after exposure, I'm going home with hundreds of new ideas and a better understanding of the market for LED walls. After talking with several clients and visit several booths at Visual Communication 2007 Milan, Italy - I realized something I already knew, but that struck me ...

LED walls have been on the market for several years now, but they are still in their infancy as a medium for outdoor advertising in development! The more I walked around the fairgrounds, the more I understand the enormous advantages of LED giant screens for outdoor applications - large format LED screens offers greater versatility than conventional panels could ever offer!

I think giant LED displays main advantages are:
* Move messages - have proven to attract the attention of the human eye up to 8 times more than a static billboard
* More light - which allows the LED display to stand out from the crowd during both day and night
* Increased resolution LEDs - which transforms the outdoor screens in high-resolution television monitors HUGE
* The video and animation capabilities - that advertises commercial television as seen on TV
* Multiple message provider - which enables companies to conduct advertising campaigns on the same multiple screens
PC remote control * - you can change the ads in just a mouse click rather than sending a crew to demolish and replace a message display.

During the next decade we can expect to see more and more LED displays and billboards popping-up in the streets - first along the busiest highways and near major urban centers, and spreading out in less populated areas. Here's an example of real life: a few weeks ago I had a meeting with clients who bought nine giant screens. They installed screens in 9 different villages to create a network. Let me explain their idea that I find incredibly simple and effective: the content it broadcasts on the LED screen is divided as follows:
* 60% of the personalized advertising to local businesses (ie estate agents, car dealers, shopping centers ...)
* 40% shared public information regarding the 9 villages belonging to the network (ie weather, traffic, air pollution data ...)

The big thing I think about this idea is that they have successfully used the giant LED screen as an advertising tool can provide a valuable service to citizens. In addition, having 40% of space devoted to visual information of public utility, is a huge advantage for advertisers and ... Why? Because providing useful content and updated for the citizens keep their interest and level very carefully. This way, people do get used to LED wall, but will continue to watch, even after many months with the same interest, because they know that it will provide updated information that is important to them.

I think this blend of sophisticated advertising and valuable information are the future of a successful advertising firm based on a giant LED screen facility. Generally, in order to easily manage the LED wall, I strongly suggest you provide each installation with a broadband connection. To get it, you simply apply to your telephone service provider national or local. Connecting the giant LED screen is not very different from connecting your home. Usually it takes a few days or weeks to get the broadband line from the time you have requested (but please note that installation time can vary significantly from country to country).
The broadband line will allow you to control the LED wall distance (ie your office or home ...).

With this fast connection, you can easily transfer videos and ads on the screen in just minutes.
