Kids Outdoor Table

My son has an outdoor sand and water play table. The eastern half of the water and half sand. This will be outdoors and I want to add some bleach or something in the water to prevent things from getting worse in the water. What can I add and how. Of course, I want it safe for my children.

cleaning once a week with hot water and bleach and put in charge. Remove the sand and let dry.

Before anything added to the water, I would like to change daily.The table can hold a large proportion of chemicals water.And are not trustworthy today.
