Marmaris is truly the jewel of the Turkish Riviera. This station is the most sophisticated and multi-faceted Turkey. Located at the confluence of the Aegean Sea meets the Mediterranean in the bay is famous for its sailing and its cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Icmeler, only 8 km along the coast is smaller, cooler and greener than Marmaris. It is set on a wide sandy bay where all kinds of water sports is available from the beach slope. The resort is popular with families with many good restaurants and bars in the region.
Days out include a trip to the Greek island of Rhodes, a visit to Dalyan or beyond, travel to Ephesus and Pamukkale. Approximate time of transfer. 1.5 hours from Dalaman airport.

Marmaris is originally a Greek word meaning bright and shiny, which is a very accurate description. Today, it offers accommodation in abundance from small pensions (guest houses) to luxurious 5 star hotels. Hundreds of restaurants, shops, tours and other entertainment ensure that you never get bored.
