Gt Xpress 101 Recipes

Gt Xpress 101 RecipesDoes anyone have any good recipes GT Xpress 101?

A few days ago, I bought a used GT Xpress 101. I would really use it, but I have no recipes and tips! Please help!

Yes, and you hope they do!
Italian Omelet
This recipe is for two.

3 eggs, plus a tablespoon of milk
salt and pepper to taste
leftover grilled sausage and peppers, at room temperature

Preheat your GT or Redi Set Go (with 2 moon insert). wells of an aerosol spray with Pam (or similar). 3 scrambled eggs with a tablespoon of milk, salt and pepper. Add the sausage and peppers in the wells, then the egg mixture. Do not overfill or will affect the side. I put the egg mixture into the top right Tippy. Cook 5-6 minutes. Poke your fork into the environment to ensure it is done before removing and serving. I like my eggs done well, and sometimes I have to go to 7 minutes for that. I put a little parmesan cheese on top of one. Enjoy!

Pork chops 5 minutes
Now, the recipe below is for one person, but you can make two servings of 10 minutes. The chops come out so juicy.

Three quarters "to a" pork chop (I used bone-in)
Extra virgin olive oil, about 2 tablespoons tea.
salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning
freshly grated Parmesan cheese (I bought one on the picture)

Preheat Xpress Redi, Set, Go (without inserts). Season one side of your chop with salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash. Sprinkle the machine with olive oil, then place the seasoned chop down. Close lid and cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid, turn the chop, top generously with a sprinkling of parmesan, and close the lid. After 30 seconds, your chop is done! Enjoy!

Derby Dogs
These pigs in a blanket is too cute! We just love them, and they are so easy! Be creative ... You can add a few things to make these dogs more interesting (ie bacon, different types of cheese, etc. ..). We call them dogs derby, because my husband says they look like little bowlers. Enjoy!

1 box of Pillsbury croissants (made 12) cut into 12 rectangular sections so
1 slice American cheese (cut into six)
2 -1 / 2 hot dogs cut into 12 one inch pieces (you'll have 1 / 2 hot dogs in rest, give your dog)

I used the Redi-Set-Go for it ... with six tiny wells. sink spray with cooking spray and preheat. On a piece of crescent, lay the cheese, then a hot dog. Roll the stick in the well. Bake for 9 minutes, then do the same with the other six. (See photo)

Calzone Ham & Cheese-O-So
If you like the ricotta cheese is heaven just ricotta! The pizza has nothing on me! You must try. I guarrantee you will never buy from your local pizza calzones again.

I cooked my calzone in the Xpress Redi Set Go without the splitter insert, but I'm sure you could put one of these calzones in a well.

all-purpose flour, to work your dough (a palmful almost)
Fresh dough is ready for use at room temperature (prepared by your grocery store or pizza place) (1 / 4 pounds of dough is a calzone)

Mix the following ingredients together: (This measure is calzone)

1 / 2 cup ricotta cheese
1 / 4 cup mozzerella cheese
2 slices deli ham, chopped into 1 "pieces
grated Parmesan or Romano cheese - 1 tsp tea.
salt and pepper, a pinch or two
garlic powder, a pinch or two
olive oil, just enough to cover your calzone

Preheat your GT Xpress Redi Set Go Meanwhile the flour, place it on your counter to easily work your dough into shape. Just keep pulling on it and rolling with a rolling pin until you get a 5 "round. It will be tough and try to keep you on the decline, so do your best. Place ricotta cheese, ham, mozzerella Salt, pepper, garlic powder, edges, and grated cheese mixture in center of dough. Fold dough in half and crimp really, if you do not.
