Exterior Led Lighting

I try to bring LED and / or neon accent lighting inside and outside of my brand new Scion tC 2010 and I was wondering if there were ways to minimally invasive on / off LED basement and inside that connect to a single switch

There is also a box that they have little sensor you can plug into your dashboard on the driver side so it is less invasive than all of your LED hook height and the flash with the rhythm of your voice / music or not different models or simply remain stable on / off ...
All this could be connected to a switch, because LEDs do not draw much power so it wont require you to put a bigger battery / alternator or any of that gibberish.
