When can you eat your favorite cakes? What is the time to enjoy your favorite foods, treats, etc. without being disappointed in yourself?
Some years ago I went on vacation-a week with my family. This gap 7 days after work and discipline has been the perfect time to break my eating habits and exercise.
I went on this vacation, thouroughly amused - which included lots of cakes.
Me had no problem adjusting to overeating and lack of exercise. It was great fun - at least temporarily! After following the seven days this way of life sticky, cakes and candies and pies ......
Not only did I get my diploma next pants size, I strongly committed another 37 pounds of my body. Moral of the story, do not do that. You can eat your favorite cakes - just do not over do it.

Make eat a healthy diet and regular exercise of the state in your life.
As you know there are always exceptions to the rule, regardless of the subject - and yes this does include food and exercise (even cakes) ..
When you make healthy eating and exercise of the rule, the occasional cake or other exceptions are not a cause of grief. Let me say that if you do your normal habits of fitness, the occasional model or outside in the desert or treat, like a birthday cake, wedding cake or even a cake party, not not ruin your body.
As long as you return to the original plan and not change it as you go.
Some desserts every week, even a few missed workouts do damage, as these are exceptions not the norm.
Say you eat 28 times a week - 5 meals per day for each day of the week.
If you allow an exception rule that allows 10% to about 3-4 meals less-than-optimal food each week, which may be Cake, desserts, candy, whatever you want (in moderation) ..
When you engage in an exceptional meal, do not eat enough for the next 3 days worth, just eat the same amount of calories and food portions as usual, except this time it the form of your favorite foods or cakes.
