Bbq Equipment

Bbq EquipmentWhere can I find the slow smoking / barbecue facilities in Michigan?

iv recently become interested in learning the art of smoking meat and fish. Live in Michigan and I do not know where to find things like a chimney thermometer cooking charcoal digital rubbing, curing ingredients, wood chips, I know where to find my meat, but I 't need a lil guidance

Try searching under "Bradley Smoker" I bought a Sears
some time and a good use. There are many flavors of smoke
Select from.It is so easy to use by simply adding the hard wood chips is
feeder. This is an automatic electric smoker.Great chops, chicken and beef.

Gander Mountain is a good source for most of what you need. Cabelas also has everything you need.

Go to Meijer or Walmart. You can get everything you need pretty cheap when cooking is in season. If you go now you might have a harder time, but you should be able to find at least wood chips and charcoal chimney. They are usually in the section Home & Garden ... Lowe's is another good place ... you may be able to get everything in one trip there ..... digital cooking thermometer, you can get damn near anywhere. Bed, Bath and Beyond ... Kohls ... a place like that. Many supermarkets sell rub mass produced, but I look into creating some of your own. Just do a Google search for "Barbecue Rub Recipe" and try a couple ... mess with flavors you like.
