Basement Retaining Wall

I'm in a rental building and the landlord does not respond well enough. each rain, I get flooding in the basement as well. I want to build a wall as a temporary relief. How can I do to lower cost.

Wow, the sound does not work well. Without knowing where the water comes, up, down, throughwall, window and so on, it is very difficult to understand your best option.
I can tell you that you must stop so much water to get to this area. establish the soil, add a gutter or perhaps you have gutters but arent work. Point being, make the water flows away from the well.

you may be able to dig the well bottom and fill with large gravel.
