I'm looking ofr new recipes and barbecue sauce or marinade - especially the chicken please.

CHICKEN MARINADES I & II

10 oz soy sauce
10 oz water
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic

Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake chicken at 325 degrees for 1 1 / 2 hours.

Chicken Marinade II

1 / 2 c. soy sauce
1 / 4 C. vegetable oil
1 / 4 C. red wine vinegar
1 tsp tea. oregano
1 / 2 c.. basil
1 / 2 c.. garlic powder
1 / 4 c.. pepper

Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken in a nonmetallic dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Use the marinade to baste the chicken during cooking. Ideal for grilling

Authentic Sweet Vinegar BBQ Sauce

This is pure eastern North Carolina BBQ Sauce at its best. Primarily used for saucing up that perfect pig at the family and friends pig pickin, this recipe can be used for other barbecue favorites. With a touch of honey, sauce is impressive on the barbecue chicken and pork chops as well.

INGREDIENTS
Vinegar 3 cups apple cider
1 / 4 cup red pepper flakes
1 / 4 cup black pepper floor
1 / 2 cup salt
1 / 2 cup ketchup
1 cup honey
MODE
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, paprika, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir in ketchup and honey, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

BBQ Sauce Honey Garlic

INGREDIENTS
2 cups ketchup
1 clove garlic bulb, peeled and crushed
1 cup water
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 / 4 cup honey
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch of crushed red pepper
A pinch of white pepper
1 pinch black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
1 / 2 cup butter
MODE
In a large saucepan over medium-low ketchup, mix, garlic, 1 cup water, hot sauce, honey, molasses, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, Cajun seasoning, paprika , red pepper, white pepper and black pepper. Let the mixture over low heat about 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in 1 c. tablespoons of water. Adjust the amount of water needed to dissolve the cornstarch. Stir in sauce mixture. Continue to simmer about 15 minutes.
Stir in butter sauce mixture. minutes Continue mixture simmer about 15 more, or until butter is melted and the sauce started to thicken. Serve the meats prepared as desired.

Caribbean barbecue sauce

INGREDIENTS
On 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Tea
3 slices of bacon, diced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup tomato sauce
1 / 2 cup dark rum
1 lemon, juiced
1 / 3 cup brown sugar
1 dash of chili sauce
MODE
Place vegetable oil, bacon and onion in a skillet over medium-high. Cook until bacon is evenly brown and onion is tender.
Stir in tomato sauce and rum to skillet with bacon and onion and reduce heat. Simmer about 2 minutes. Mix lemon juice, brown sugar, and chili sauce. Continue to simmer about 8 minutes.


Sweet and Spicy Barbecue Sauce

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, minced
2 cups ketchup
1 / 2 cup cider vinegar
1 / 4 cup water
1 / 4 cup apple juice
1 / 4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
MODE
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until tender. Mix ketchup.
