I want to breast with barbecue. Now I have the sauce, but I want to know if I marinate in the sauce first, or after doing what I put the sauce on top?

Texas beef brisket roasted in the oven

2 v. tablespoon chili powder
2 v. tablespoon salt
1 tsp tablespoon garlic powder
1 tsp tablespoon onion powder
1 field v. tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar soup
2 v. tea. mustard
1 bay leaf, crushed
4 pounds beef brisket, cut
1 ½ cups beef stock

Preheat oven to 350 º F. Trim breast majority of the excess fat. Do not remove all fat (yet).
Make a dry rub by combining first 8 ingredients. Season the breast raw on both sides with the rub. Place in a baking dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour.

Add beef broth and enough water for about half an inch of liquid in the pan. Lower oven to 300 º F, cover pan tightly and cook for 3 hours, or until tender. Remove breasts to a cutting board w wells juice / or a large plate and let rest under foil for about 20 minutes before carving.

Now, remove the fat, meat and cut into thin slices in the grain. Top strained juice from the pan.
